Jeff Whiteus

Jeff Whiteus is Chief Financial Officer for Genworth’s businesses in Europe.  In his role he manages our shared services financial teams and leads the payment protection and mortgage insurance, insurance teams to build our capabilities across the platforms and position Genworth for further growth.

Jeff has more than 27 years experience in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments, as well as a proven track record in leading large organisations.  He has demonstrated experience in initiating and executing significant change in difficult business climates and a background that spans finance and CEO positions internationally.  Specifically, Jeff has had a long career with the General Electric Company (GE) in the U.S, Austria and Germany with leadership positions at GE Insurance Solutions, GE Money Bank-Austria, GE Card Services, GE Quartz and GE Retailer Financial Services.

Originally from U.S, Jeff divides his time between London and his home in Germany.  He is fluent in English and German and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting and International Business from The Ohio State University.

Jeff is based in our Chiswick Park headquarters and has a dual reporting line to Bob Brannock and to Pat Kelleher, CFO for Genworth Financial, Inc.
